Please note the following guidelines for these trainings:

  • There is a session scheduled for each of the 9 Principles in both locations.
  • You will receive a “Certificate of Attendance” for each session you attend.
  • If you registered for all 9 sessions, you do not have to send the same person to each session.
  • Each participant will receive one copy of SCANPO’s “Guiding Principles and Best Practices” publication.

We will ask registrants to complete and return to SCANPO, prior to training, a self-assessment of the current level of practice in their organization.  This information is designed to prepare both you and the facilitator for the training session.  At the end of the training, you will also be encouraged to complete an action plan, committing to specific changes/improvements in practices over a period of time.  SCANPO will follow-up with you on your action plan and will assist with additional tools, mentoring or training.
